PAYMENT

The first edition is exactly what it describes – this is the first time we will be testing out our production line & logistics. This is why for this first edition we are asking for a 20% deposit of the purchase price. It is forecast that manufacturing of the first edition will commence in October 2018. Delivery will take place once the manufacturing and assembly process has been complted which should be before the end of the year.

When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you to let you know and will send you out information so that we can process your payment for the final 80% of your order. If you wish to use a different payment method, please contact us at sales@revology.com to organise this. All shipping costs and taxes will be included in this final invoice. Your shipment will be sent as soon as the final invoice has been paid in full.

From beginning of production until deliver, Revology will keep you informed about the journey of your chair until it’s arrival at your door.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND OF DEPOSIT

Once we have received your deposit, you have 30 days in which to cancel your order and we refund your deposit. Please contact us at sales@revology.com to organise this. Following these 30 days, your deposit will not be refundable.

If for any reason we are not able to deliver your purchase due to circumstances beyond our control, we will fully refund your deposit.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of your order. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address, please contact us before shipment.

At the time of purchase, Revology will give you an estimated delivery date, however, this is may be modified by Revology at any time if there are delays in production, logistical difficulties or lateness by the third party delivery company. We will work very hard to make sure your order to you as soon as possible, however there may be circumstances beyond our control that will delay this date. Your experience with us as first time buyers is very important and we want to make sure that at the end of the day your are satisfied with your purchase. RETURN POLICY

When you buy a Revology first edition, you’re a buying a unique, inimitable product. It is important that you understand what you are buying so please read all of the materials we provide you carefully. The composite parts are made from natural linen fibre so there will be slight variations in colour, texture and weave between chairs. Due to the way we treat our transparent bio-based materails, there may also be bubbles or flecks in the transparent parts, similar to what you would find with hand blownglass. These are intentional and not a manufacturing default.

If you find a serious fault, such as damage during transport, or mechanical failure when your Revology product is delivered make sure you take photos of the damage straight away. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@revology.com and to organise return shipment and replacement if there are serious faults with your product.

GUARANTEE & DUTY OF CARE

We believe we have a responsibility for every product we put out into the world. The products we produce are designed to last and be passed down to the next generation and we hope that you are able to enjoy your chair for many years to come. As each chair is numbered, it is unique to you. Please take care of your chair and follow carefully the cleaning and care instructions provided with your chair upon purchase to ensure that it has as long a life as possible.

As with all things we buy, your purchase will eventually show the passage of time. We have designed the chair so that it can evolved and if the seat or lumbar support, you can go on to our site and purchase a new seat or lumbar support. If you send in your old seat or lumbar support, we will give you a discount on your new one.

If at any stage you wish to part company with your chair, please pass it on to someone who will take care of it. If it has been damaged, please send it back to us so that we can repair, recondition or recycle it. If this is outside of the warranty terms, we will give you a discount on your next purchase of a Revology product as a thank you for disposing of your purchase in a responsible manner. The materials we put in to our products are of a high quality and we would prefer to reuse or recylce these into new objects rather than have it go to waste.

If your object is damaged, shipping and replacement/repair costs will depend on the length of time you have owned your chair as well as how the damage occurred. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or accident and includes scratches, scuffs, UV discolouration or due to misuse, we will endeavor to repair the damage at your cost. If the serious fault occurs due to a manufacturing problem within two years following your purchase, we will take responsiblity for its replacement.
